Shellie Willis, MSM Nonprofit, CDFM-A,LSSBB, Upnotch Mentor, is the Senior Director of WorkForce Systems Alignment, a Veteran Advocate and a TEDx Speaker. She started her journey by serving for over 24 years in the U.S. Army, followed by 8 years with a focus on systems alignment and Military Initiatives.
The experience motivated her to create a movement and community intent on continuing to educate and empower servicewomen to and through the transition to life after service. She is passionate about building a community of connectors to help women define themselves and be empowered to shift into their next phase in life. This encompasses life coaching, lifestyle, branding, health and wellness, financial readiness, and more.
Shellie wants to help companies build strategies on how to have a better work environment and is excited about mentoring - particularly servicewomen and military spouses who are stepping into the workforce.
