Prior to his role at WiserCare, he held the position of Senior Director at Predixion Software, leading the team responsible for creating a Solution Accelerator that significantly expedited the delivery of predictive solutions to customers.
His extensive tenure at Microsoft Corporation, spanning nearly 22 years, includes various technical leadership roles. As the Director of Shared Engineering Services for Health Solutions Group, he oversaw release management, compliance, localization, globalization, and documentation for products like Microsoft Amalga and Microsoft HealthVault.
A seasoned software developer and program manager, Ram's contributions extend to the Microsoft Windows group and Developer division, where he played a pivotal role in releasing multiple versions of Windows and Visual Studio products. He also served as the founding member of Microsoft's India Development Center (MSIDC), leading the development of Services for UNIX.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ram actively provides technical advice to startups, serves as an angel investor in technology companies, and collaborates with nonprofits to address global health inequities.
