Patrick Mazzotta, Upnotch Member, is the Co-Founder of Ones & Heroes.
He is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor, with a passion for nurturing talent and scaling businesses. He started his journey in Toronto (CA) and has since lived and worked in Seattle (US) and London (UK). He is currently operating three companies in addition to some advisory work and volunteering as a school parent governor.
His background is a blend of technology (predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI) and business operations (building and scaling businesses). On the tech side, He’s done a lot of R&D work delivering business-ready forecasting tools (having once delivered an enterprise prediction platform capable of predicting two years of revenue with 5 days of data) and numerous data warehousing and real-time analytics tools. On the operational side of things he has scaled business units between 200%-400%, including scaling one P&L from £3MM/y to over £12MM/y and growing the team from 20 to over 80 in two years.
Patrick has been advising businesses for about eight years and has been mentoring people at all stages of their career for about 12 years. He is autistic and has ADHD, and has a particular interest in helping anyone who might face challenges other people don't. Diversity and differences are superpowers, and he' is all about helping people find and leverage their edge.
