She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. As a former VP of Human Resources for Moody’s Investors Service in NYC, she struggled to balance work and family life and made a pivotal decision to transition out of Corporate America in 2012, starting several businesses to spend more time at home raising her twins. She returned to the Corporate world in 2016 and started her journey at Workday.
Lisa is a certified Leadership and Life Coach, passionate about personal development and helping individuals shift their mindset to the next level. She empowers individuals to move into leadership roles, helping them earn more income in their careers and generate more revenue in their businesses. Her commitment extends beyond coaching, as she serves as a Board Member at Tashane Way Foundation.
