Laura Krauss, Upnotch Member, is the Founder of Ripple Effect Sales Advisory.
With 25 years in sales, Laura recently founded her own consultancy to leverage the powerful ripple effect we can have in each other's professional lives. Her journey began in sales operations, where her love for data and strategic analyses helped bridge field-based sales teams with corporate headquarters. Despite early struggles in SaaS sales, her determination saw her becoming Rep of the Year and significantly surpassing her targets at three different companies.
Laura is passionate about mentoring, especially empowering women beginning their sales careers in tech. She's also writing a motivational book, “The Layoff Cooties: It’s Them, Not You,” inspired by her experience of overcoming the challenges of an unexpected layoff.
