Chris Kennedy, Upnotch Member, is the Chief Executive Officer of Astrafuse and former Chief Technology Officer of Envyus Media.


With an impressive 20+ years of experience in the software industry, he possesses an expert command over a wide array of technologies, boasting proficiency in AWS, BigQuery, MySQL, SQL, and a plethora of programming languages and tools.


He is distinguished for his extensive knowledge of dynamic web application development, coupled with exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. His expertise extends to ensuring scalability and high availability of web and database servers. Proficient in Agile Project Management, he excels in implementing methodologies like SCRUM. Moreover, he has hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment tools like CircleCI, Gitlab CI/CD, and Code Build/Pipeline. His technical skill set includes proficiency in JavaScript/NodeJS, PHP, Python, CSS, HTML/XML, SQL, Lua, and Bash, along with a strong command of SQL database technologies including BigQuery, MySQL, SQLite, and PostgreSQL.


Beginning as a web developer at a young age, Chris has worked across various startups, creative agencies, and design and development projects, contributing significantly to ventures involving e-commerce, email marketing systems, content management systems, and reservation systems for hotels. He has worked with big brands like Google, Twilio, Nike, and Accenture. Presently, he's involved in launching a startup - an advertising agency - leveraging his engineering expertise and leadership skills.
