Jennifer Dawson-Miller, Upnotch Member, is a Race and Social Justice Program Advisor at the City of Seattle.
She has been in Human Resources all her career and is now a race and social justice collaborator and leader, envisioning and implementing comprehensive anti-racist programs in the public sector to deliver workforce equity and anti-racist practices, principles, and policies.
Jennifer is always looking to expand her skills and knowledge, while at the same time sharing what she knows with others. She loves mentoring and would be an amazing mentor to anyone in recruitment or setting up diversity programs.
She is also looking for a mentor herself - someone with experience building a small business in the service space.
