In 2020, Tatia found herself standing before an all-too-common obstacle: the daunting task of scaling a business. With few guideposts to navigate unfamiliar territory, she realized how essential a mentor's guidance could be.
She didn't have a network to turn to but, fuelled by her trailblazer’s spirit, she decided to pay for a mentor's expertise. It helped her scale successfully but the victory was bittersweet; she became acutely aware that mentorship is a luxury that most people can't afford.
